UPGRADES TO IMPROVE POWER QUALITY
The Cooperative will make loans to bonafide dairy
farms to improve power quality.
Loans will be made for the following:
- Replacing or upgrading wiring or other electrical equipment in dairy
barns.
- Installing an equipotential plane in a new or existing barn.
Terms:
- Maximum of loan is $7,500, but no more than 80% of the cost of the
project, up to 80% of the capital credit balance of the member.
- Repayment period will be up to five years.
- Interest will be 5%.
- Subject to credit approval.
- Taylor Electric will require a lien on member's capital credits held by
the Cooperative.
- Loan funds will be released upon receipt of electrician's invoice and an
affidavit signed by the electrician who performed the work.
- Any exceptions need to be approved by the Board of Directors.
